I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel, and I would not hesitate to choose this hotel on another occasion. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable, but I found them slightly small. The service was top-notch near the Dart, with friendly staff, although early morning hallways could get a bit noisy. The location is fantastic, near Aviva Stadium and in a very pleasant neighborhood. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with excellent restaurant service but some cold meals. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, making my stay enjoyable.

Rooms

The rooms near reception, where my daughter who is on oxygen stayed, were clean, tidy, and comfortable, though a bit small.
Service

The service was just wonderful, especially being near the Dart. The staff offered room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance.
Location

The location is fantastic, only 100 meters from the Aviva stadium and in a very desirable neighborhood. Maja in reservations was amazing and accommodating during a difficult weather situation.

I felt like I was in a tunnel looking out of the window, which was disappointing, but I appreciated their 'green policy' of having the room exclusively mine until checkout. The room layout was a bit confusing, making it hard to find certain things.

Rooms

The room gave me the feeling of being in a tunnel when looking out of the window, which was disappointing. However, I did like the eco-friendly 'green policy' they had of reserving the room solely for my use until I left. The layout of the room was a bit odd and took some effort to navigate.
Service
9.0
The service was top-notch, with a very friendly and helpful staff. They even went out of their way to refund my breakfast quickly and were extremely apologetic about any inconvenience caused.
Location
8.0
The hotel is slightly outside the Dublin center but conveniently located near train links just a 2-minute walk from the Sandymount Hotel. It was the perfect spot for our rugby visit from South Africa and ideal for ferry travelers, being only a short distance from the port.
Dining
7.0
The food was excellent, but it was a letdown that it wasn't included in the stay. The buffet seemed a bit pricey for the limited selection, especially with warm sausages and cool rashers. However, the croissants were a highlight.
Facilities
The hotel had good facilities overall, but some improvements could be made in room layout clarity and pricing of dining options.

The hotel's rooms are comfortable and clean, though a bit tight for two singles. It may be challenging with a buggy due to the multiple steps, but overall, there are plenty of places to relax and enjoy a cozy stay. The service is incredible with friendly and professional staff, making you feel welcomed right from the start. The location is fantastic, especially for accessing Sandymount Village and the Seafront. The dining experience is delicious overall, though there may be some breakfast inconsistencies on busy days. The hotel offers excellent facilities to enhance your stay.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but could use some updates. Despite the lack of free breakfast, the powerful hot showers were a great perk. However, the room was a bit hot and noisy due to banging doors, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable.

Upon arrival, I found the hotel to be overall comfortable and clean, but there were hints of strong aftershave lingering in the room. John, a lovely man at the front desk, shared some fascinating history of the place, although some language barriers caused minor service hiccups. The location in Sandymount was perfect, offering both tranquility and proximity to key spots in Dublin. The dining experience was a bit chaotic due to crowded buffet queues, yet the staff worked tirelessly. Overall, a mixed but memorable stay.

Rooms
7.0
The room, albeit on the snug side, held a cozy double bed that ensured a good night's rest.
Service
7.0
Although faced with language limitations, the staff was ultimately courteous and tried to assist wherever they could.
Location
9.0
Sandymount's peaceful ambiance combined with its close proximity to various transport options made it an ideal base for exploring Dublin.
Dining
6.0
The dining area felt cramped during peak times, leading to some delays and cold food, but the dedication of the hardworking staff shone through.
Facilities
The facilities, while adequate, felt a bit stretched during busy periods, especially in the dining area.
